📢 Already written your September 2026 exam? The result is expected in October 2026 — see how to check the CCC result and download your e-certificate.

Download it from student.nielit.gov.in using your Application Number (or Registration Number) and Date of Birth. You cannot enter the exam hall without a printed admit card, so do this today rather than on exam morning.

🧭 New to the NIELIT portal? Login, exam form, admit card and result — and why the certificate is on a different site: student.nielit.gov.in guide.

A note for some candidates: admit cards for a few regional centres — including certain centres in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Meghalaya — were released only partially. If yours has not appeared yet, keep checking the portal.

This guide covers the download steps, the details you must verify the moment you download, what to carry, what is banned inside the hall, and how to use the last days before your batch.

How to Download CCC Admit Card 2026 — Step by Step

The admit card is available only on the official NIELIT student portal. Here is the exact process:

Step 1 — Visit the Official Portal Open student.nielit.gov.in in your browser. This is the only official portal — do not download from any third-party website.

Step 2 — Find the Admit Card Section On the right side panel of the homepage, click on "Download Admit Card". This button is located below "Apply Online" and above "View Result."

Step 3 — Select Your Course Choose CCC from the list of DLC courses. If you registered for BCC, ECC, or CCCP, select accordingly.

Step 4 — Enter Your Credentials Enter your Application Number or Registration Number (given at the time of OEAF submission) and your Date of Birth. Enter the captcha code and click Submit.

Step 5 — View and Download Your admit card will appear on screen. It will show your name, photo, roll number, exam centre address, exam date, and batch timing. Click the download/print button and save it as a PDF.

Step 6 — Print at Least 2 Copies Always print minimum two copies — one to submit at the exam centre and one to keep as your backup. Also save your Roll Number separately on your phone — you will need it to check your result later.

If you forgot your Application Number, check your registered email — NIELIT sends a confirmation email at the time of form submission with your application details.

What to Check Immediately After Downloading

Do not just download and save the admit card without reviewing it carefully. Verify every detail the moment you download:

Your Full Name — Must match exactly as it appears on your photo ID proof you plan to carry. Even minor spelling differences can create issues at the exam centre.

Date of Birth — Verify it matches your ID proof.

Your Photograph — Should be clearly visible and recognizable. A blurred or unclear photo can cause problems at entry.

Exam Centre Address — Note down the full address. Search it on Google Maps immediately so you know exactly where to go. Do not leave this for exam morning.

Exam Date and Batch Time — CCC exams run in 5 batches: 8:00 AM, 9:50 AM, 11:40 AM, 2:00 PM, and 3:50 PM. Your batch time is printed on your admit card. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your batch time.

Roll Number — Save this separately. You will need it for result checking.

If you notice any error in your admit card details, contact your NIELIT regional center or authorized training center immediately.

What to Carry on Exam Day

You must bring both of the following to the exam centre — without either one, entry will be denied:

    1. CCC Admit Card Printout A clear black-and-white or colour printout. Blurry or faded printouts may not be accepted. Print on A4 paper.

    2. Original Government-Issued Photo ID Proof Any one of the following — Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, School/College ID with photo (if currently enrolled), or any other government-issued photo ID.

Important: The name on your photo ID must match the name on your admit card. Carry the original — photocopies of ID are not accepted.

What NOT to Carry on Exam Day

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the CCC exam hall:

    • Mobile phones (even switched off — not allowed inside)

    • Smartwatches or any electronic watch

    • Earphones or Bluetooth devices

    • Wallet with cards (keep only your ID and admit card)

    • Any paper, notes, or printed study material

    • Food or drinks (unless medically required — inform the centre in advance)

Leave all prohibited items in a safe place before entering the exam building. Many centres do not have storage facilities — plan accordingly.

Exam Day — What to Expect

Understanding the exam environment beforehand reduces exam day stress significantly.

Arrival: Reach your exam centre at least 30 minutes before your batch time. Late entry may be denied — the gates typically close 10–15 minutes before the exam starts.

Biometric Verification: Most NIELIT centres conduct biometric fingerprint verification before entry. This is standard procedure.

Computer System: You will be seated at a computer terminal. The exam runs on NIELIT's CAPES (Computer Aided Paper Evaluation System). Each candidate gets their own system. The interface is straightforward — MCQ options appear on screen and you click your answer.

Time: 90 minutes for 100 questions — that is 54 seconds per question on average. Move efficiently. Do not spend too long on any single question.

No Negative Marking: There is no penalty for wrong answers. Attempt every single question — even an educated guess is better than leaving it blank.

Submit Only When Ready: Review your answers before final submission if time allows. Once you submit, the exam ends.

Your Last Days Before the Exam

The exam starts on 8 September 2026 and runs in phases, so check your own batch date on the admit card before planning anything. Whether you have two days or two weeks, spend them the same way:

Mock tests, not fresh theory. Starting a new chapter now costs more than it returns. Solve complete CCC paper sets end to end, timed, on a computer. Target 70+ in every attempt and review each wrong answer the same day.

Give the AI module real time. It is part of the R5 syllabus and questions from it appear in every cycle, yet it is the module candidates skip most often.

Practise on a physical keyboard. CCC is a computer-based exam. Reading notes on a phone is not preparation for it.

Rest the night before. A tired candidate loses more marks than an under-prepared one.

    5 Non-Negotiable Rules:

    • Practise on a physical keyboard every day — CCC is a computer-based exam

    • Solve previous year papers — patterns repeat across cycles

    • Aim for Grade B (65+) minimum — not just Grade D (50)

    • Prepare the AI module as seriously as MS Office

    • Download and print your admit card today — do not leave it for exam morning

Q4. Can I download the CCC admit card on my mobile phone? Yes. The student.nielit.gov.in portal is accessible on mobile browsers. However, always print a physical copy — digital admit cards on phone screens are generally not accepted at exam centres.
